Tennessee Tech Event Space Reservation System
The Tennessee Tech Event Management System (EMS) offers a comprehensive listing of TTU’s campus events and available spaces for Tennessee Tech related activities and events. Please also note that the system requires at least three business days' notice to request space. Requests for less than three business days in the future will not complete successfully.
For students, registered student organizations, faculty, and other employees for use associated with the users' status related to Tennessee Tech (Affiliated Users):User must click on the "MY HOME" tab above, and follow the directions for signing in on the Faculty/Staff/Students section. Once logged in, select a template under "My Reservation Templates" by clicking on the "book now" button. For Free Speech Activities (Non-Affiliated Users):Click on the "MY HOME" tab above, and under the "Guest" section click on "Request a Room".

If you are a TTU Faculty/Staff/Student:
Log in below using your single sign-on (same credentials for logging onto your desktop or your student account). Your user id is the first part of your email address (i.e., jdoe) and your password is the same as your active directory password. Please note: All student accounts are temporarily deactivated during the summer months; for space requests during that time, please contact Student Activities at 931-372-3123.
It is important to note that this system is for REQUESTING space. You will receive a confirmation email after a staff member has had an opportunity to review your request.
